GRE or GMAT scores are required

Some universities no longer use standardized test scores to screen their business school or accounting school applicants. Research suggests that high scores on standardized tests are not always meaningful indicators on future graduate school success.

Nonetheless, Syracuse University still requires MBA applicants to submit GRE or GMAT scores to be considered for admission.

Residency fees are extra costs on top of tuition each year

There are several domestic and international residencies required throughout the MBA program. The cost of the residencies are on top of the tuition and fees that you pay. The international residencies have been held in places such as Ireland, South Korea and India. These are very valuable experiences, but they come at a cost. The base cost of the program is over $67,000, which is reasonable, but the residencies add considerable expense.
