The University of Montana has a full time MBA that will prepare students to operate and thrive in the rapidly changing, modern business environment. This two year program will help you to broaden and deepen knowledge and skills so that you can meet modern challenges in the business world and succeed in the workplace that continues to evolve every year.

Students have the ability to attend all of their courses on campus, or can attend some or all of them online. There also are remote teleconference locations across this state for students who are in different locations but want to interact with students and professors. The expert faculty in the MBA program are highly dedicated to helping students to make connections with peers, and the MBA program has a thriving alumni organization of 20,000 graduates.

The MBA program is 32 credit hours, and it requires 19 core credit hours and 13 hours of electives. Depending upon your earlier coursework, students could be required to take up to 15 additional credits of foundation courses. There is not a thesis requirement for this program; rather, students will be required to take an integrated project course that is part of your core course requirements.

Full time MBA students with a business degree can complete the accelerated program in one year. Part time students may earn their degree in two to five years. For those who lack a bachelor’s degree in business, the University of Montana provides necessary prerequisites in five online classes.
