Advertising Manager Job Duties

This includes conducting market research and communicating their findings through reports and presentations. They set pricing strategies and consult and advise with their clients. Additionally, they manage the rest of the advertising team.

Advertising managers can work for certain accounts or entire organizations. Sometimes, they work in specialized agencies, whereas others work in-house. They have close networking relationships with others involved in advertising, liaising between those and their clients.

Sometimes, advertising managers specialize in a certain type or field of advertising. They do not, however, hold responsibility for the creative work of advertising. This is done by the creative team, which some advertising managers will oversee.

Other job duties of advertising managers are:

  • To develop appropriate advertising strategies, considering all media types
